Slider Foundry/Die Casting Process
All metal/alloy sliders are made by pressing, casting,
auto-assembling, and plating process. There are many
designs/styles/shades for selection.

High-Temperature Dyeing Process
By using latest computer-aid digital-controllers, dyeing stuffs
can mix, dissolve and dilute on the correct temperature and
conditions to ensure right color performance.
Over 130°C dyeing
temperature, right pH value, and steady process, guarantee all zippers have excellent
color fastness, smooth tapes, less gaps, precise and bright
colors.
Tape color can be subjected to standard color
code. Color swatch from you is also welcomed. If
need, we also can make AZO free dyeing for you. |
Slider Making Process
All nylon/plastic sliders are made by injection, auto-assembling,
and dyeing process. There are many designs/styles/shades for
selection.
